Description

This herb and spice seasoning blend is an explosion of flavour, encompassing essences from the sea with warm undertones and a citrus twist. Ingredients include smoked paprika, dried lemon peel and laver and dulse seaweed.

The spice is inspired by Captain Cat’s dreams of tempestuous mermaids, salt encrusted decks, exotic citrus from distant shores and dark laver black stormy seas.

From crab cakes to fish to roasted butternut squash this spice rub is the only rub you will truly ever need.

The spice, as ever, is made by a team of lovely Welsh mermaids and comes in our lovely waves and mermaid design storage tin, so makes an ideal gift too! (70g)

Ingredients
Sea salt, spices, smoked paprika, sweet paprika, lemon pepper, mace, ground pepper flakes, black pepper, allspice, cardamom, cinnamon, dried lemon peel, dried orange peel, laver, mustard powder, herbs, (ginger bay leaves, cloves) celery powder, sugar dulse.
