Mor Ketchup (previously called Kelpchup.)

The one and only. A Seaweed sauce with spices and herbs.

A key component of the Cafe Mor menu and a firm favourite with our customers. KelpChup is kelp seaweed pureed and blended to make a sauce like no other.

Think brown sauce but next level up.

The kelp is hand harvested from the low tide around Pembrokeshire and then pureed and blended with several ingredients to make a umami flavour sensation.

Uses and tips
Just about goes with everything! We love it on burgers, fish butties, bacon butties, crab rolls, lobster rolls and to simply dip our chips in !!

organic sea spaghetti, , bladderwrack puree, organic apple cider vinegar, sugar, tomato puree, salt, white pepper, smoked paprika, sweet paprika, lemon pepper, mace, ground pepper, black pepper, allspice, cardamon, cinnamon, dried lemon peel, dried orange peel, laver seaweed, mustard, celery powder, ginger, bay leaves, cloves, dulse seaweed.
